No need to go online, you can do it offline, no money required, no software required.

step 1 : Right click on the PDF file.

step 2 :click on open with ,click on google chrome 

step 3: click on print sign

step 4: click on drop down box

step 5: click on save as PDF.

step 6: click on pages dropdown box chose custom & give page number which you want to save.

step 7: click the save button & if want rename & save.

Done
