How to check DA PA:

Go to Moz.com then register after registration is complete then log in, go to google, and type Chrome extension from Chrome extension and add Mozber.
chose DA PA below 30 sites this is help you to rank your websites.

DA = Domain Authority

PA = Page Authority

DA =  less than 30 - low level

DA = More than 30-50  - mid-level

DA = more than 50+ - High level
